First Liver Transplant of Indore and MP done by Renowned liver transplant surgeon and liver cancer surgeon Dr Vineet Gautam at choithram hospital in Indore. Patient was suffering from abdominal distension, leg swelling, jaundice, blood in vomitting and black colour stool since 2 years. His full liver was damaged. He underwent cadaveric liver transplant on 18th january 2017. Postoperatively patient had very smooth course and discharged after 17 days.
