A 24 year male from Khandwa presented with complain of pain abdomen and bleeding in stool,his haemoglobin was 7.3 only. Patient operated by Senior GASTROSURGEON AND LAPAROSCOPIC SURGEON DR VINEET GAUTAM of Choithram Hospital,Indore. Patient underwent LAPAROSCOPIC Total Proctocolectomy with IPAA( Removal of large intestine with new rectum formation). Surgery went well and patient discharged in 10 days and went home.
