A 72 year female from Khargone presented with complain of pain abdomen, abdominal distension, vomitting and bleeding in stool. On Colonoscopy and CT scan, large cancer was present in left sided large colon/intestine.Patient operated by Senior Cancer surgeon/GASTRO SURGEON DR VINEET GAUTAM of Choithram Hospital,Indore. Patient underwent left hemicolectomy. Surgery went well and patient discharged in 7 days and went home.
