A 72 year old female from Ujjain came with complain of deep jaundice, itching all over body and yellow colour of urine. On CT scan, bile duct cancer/ Distal cholangiocarcinoma presented. Patient operated by Senior Cancer surgeon/GASTROSURGEON DR VINEET GAUTAM at Choithram hospital ,Indore. Patient underwent whipple operation/ Pancreatic-duodenectomy which is very major operation of abdomen. Patient tolerated surgery well and discharged in 2 weeks and went home.
